Property:Has workshop chair

The workshop chair of some event is the person who coordinates the organisation of colocated workshops. Note that this is not the same as being the general chair or other organisation committee member of an event that happens to be a workshop!

The workshop chair also belongs to the organisation committee, and thus Has workshop chair is a subproperty of Property:Has OC member.
