Owl:Class

Defines a class of objects. This has the same meaning as a class in RDF Schema. Part of OWL specification.

Instead of articles deriving from a rdfs:Class, articles could derive from owl:Class which itself derives from rdfs:Class. The use of this would therefore be implicit.
