Call for papers for 5th International Conference on Formal Concept Analysis:

We call for scientific publications on theory and applications of Formal Concept Analysis. Papers of up to sixteen pages may be submitted. All submissions will be refereed, and the conference proceedings will be published in the LNCS/LNAI series of Springer Verlag. Authors are requested to follow the author instructions.

Formal Concept Analysis emerged in the 1980's from attempts to restructure lattice theory to promote better communication between lattice theoretists and potential users of lattice theory. Since then Formal Concept Analysis has developed into a growing research field in its own right with a thriving theoretical community and increasing number of applications in information and knowledge processing including vizualisation, data mining, analysis and knowledge management.

The conference aims to unify theoretical and applied practitioners using Formal Concept Analysis drawing from the fields of Mathematics, Computer and Information Sciences, Software Engineering, Algorithmic Aspect, Linguistics, and Knowledge representation. Other aspects are welcome.
